At ASCA Corporation, “compliance” means more than simply adhering to laws and regulations—it reflects our commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate ethics and earning the trust and respect of society. This policy outlines our code of conduct to promote compliance and ensure the continued enhancement of our corporate credibility.
All executives and employees shall comply with the principles outlined in this policy.
We will observe all laws and regulations related to our business activities, respect social norms, and act with integrity and sound judgment.
In the event of a compliance violation, we will take immediate corrective action. If an individual cannot resolve the issue alone, they must promptly report it to their supervisor or the relevant department. If the issue remains unresolved, it must be reported to the Compliance Committee, which will take appropriate corrective measures.

We listen to our customers and prioritize customer satisfaction in all our business activities.
We comply with relevant laws such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Labor Standards Act, and ensure fairness and transparency in the provision of products and services.
When introducing new products or services, we thoroughly assess their social value and safety.
We interact with customers with honesty and fairness, responding promptly and accurately to their needs. In sales and advertising, we comply with laws such as the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, and provide accurate and useful information.
Customer information obtained through contracts or other means is strictly managed to prevent leaks or misuse.
We conduct fair and open transactions and strictly avoid any actions that violate antitrust laws.
We treat all business partners as equal partners and engage with them fairly and sincerely.
We prohibit excessive entertainment or gifts beyond what is necessary for business. Even within socially acceptable norms, we refrain from any actions that violate the partner’s internal rules or applicable laws.
Confidential information obtained through contracts or business dealings is strictly protected to prevent leaks or misuse.
All employees are expected to understand and comply with internal work rules and refrain from dishonest behavior that violates the spirit of those rules.
We comply with laws and internal regulations related to health and safety, and strive to maintain a healthy and comfortable work environment.
We respect the human rights of all employees and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or any actions that undermine individual dignity.
Personal information of employees is strictly managed to ensure privacy protection.
We comply with laws such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and fulfill all necessary reporting and procedural obligations promptly and appropriately.
We prioritize environmental protection in all business activities, comply with environmental laws and internal regulations, and work to reduce our environmental impact.
We maintain a healthy and transparent relationship with politicians and public officials, strictly avoiding bribery or any actions that may be perceived as collusion.
We have no ties with anti-social forces and respond firmly to any such threats.
We respect human rights in all circumstances and do not engage in discriminatory or degrading language or behavior.
We constantly reflect on our actions from a societal perspective and avoid any conduct that may invite public criticism.
7. As a responsible corporate citizen, we actively participate in social contribution activities and strive to support the development of society.
This policy is reviewed and revised as necessary by the Compliance Committee. Any updates will be promptly communicated throughout the company.
